The design for Herschel Grammar Schools new entrance emphasises the schools passion for landscape design and green technologies. The idea was to use the natural landscape to create the form of the entrance. Using growing walls, green roofs and planting, the form of the entrance appears to rise out of the ground to create a double height entrance foyer below.
