Surface to Air were employed on this design and build contact for the creation of 14 apartments and
13 houses. The terrace and block typologies sit within an infill in an existing housing estate in Forest Hill,
South London. Surface to Air completed stage 4 detailed design, assisting with construction management
and dealing with building control, planning issues and site queries. The project is due for completion in
the summer of 2018.
